Northrup Investment Fund will establish or found new institutions such as the Institute of Business and the Institute of Politics where business and politics can be debated and studied, they will also be centres where adult learners can learn new skills in relation to them such as The Vincent Abrams Business & IP Centre, two other institutions are The Islington School for girls and The Bernie Grant School for boys to be located in the borough of Islington.
